Poetry Evening | Friday April 17, 6 – 7 PM

Celebrate Poetry Month

Friday evening, April 17, the library will host “Poetry for Dessert”, a gathering for poetry lovers, and those who’d like to learn more about poetry.

Gather at the Peacham Café at 5:30 to discuss poems. While you are there, you have the option to enjoy a delicious poetry themed dinner that Avery has created!

After dinner, wander over to the library, to write your own haikus and enjoy dessert, provided by Peacham Café. Assistance with haiku creation will be provided, if needed.

Peacham Library is thrilled that Avery at Peacham Café is partnering with us to make this an evening full of beautiful food and delicious words. We encourage you to support the café and have dinner there, but if you have other dinner plans, everyone is still welcome to join us between 6 and 7 at the library.
