Join other knitters on the library’s front lawn to celebrate the modern resurgence of this art that dates back to the 11th century. Bring a lawn chair and your project for a social and creative morning. Interested in learning to knit? Stop by to check out the the work and ask the knitters questions. Don’t knit? We won’t turn you away if you bring a non-knitting project. We may move inside the library, if the weather doesn’t co-operate!
